Leavers procedure


If your child is leaving the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle at the end of the school year you must send a leaving form by email at:
or by post at secretariat des élèves:
35 Cromwell Road, London SW7 2DG.

Please download the Leaving form here. To be returned completed to the admissions office.

For children at primary level the families must also inform their individual schools’ administration.

-The end of school year certificate will be available from the last day of school and onwards, no exception.
-School files will be sent directly to the future school which address should be indicated on the Leaving form.

In order to receive the end of school certificate pupils must do as follows:

  • . All borrowed books must be returned
  • . School fees must be fully paid (see our Financial Department page)
  • . Return their canteen card to the appropriate service when applicable



For pupils returning to France in sixth form:

For pupils leaving the Lycée but wanting to attend a British university
Please find out about the procedures given by the Higher Education and Careers Office.

For pupils re-enrolled in our school for the upcoming year but will no longer attend
Please inform the admissions office as soon as you can in order to adjust availability
